How to remove Ubuntu item from UEFI and grub leftovers?

Installed ubuntu next to windows 10. Played with it, had problems - deleted it from disk. But in uefi, the ubuntu item remained in the boot tab. There is a delete boot item - I used it, but after a reboot it appears again. I tried to mount the EFI partition and manually delete the ubuntu folder, but access is denied.
