How to remove the word "Comments" in the counter when the HyperComments plugin is activated?

I have such a problem, maybe someone came across:
I have a comment counter on my site and I inserted it so that there were no words, but only numbers with the number of comments. Now, when I install the HyperComments comments plugin , it automatically prepends the word "Comments" in front of the counter no matter what .
How can it be removed?
