How to remove the regional restriction on the capabilities of the Apple Time Capsule / AirPort Extreme antenna?

The latest generation of Apple networking devices (except the AirPort Express) have AC protocol and Wi-Fi beamforming technology, but the site says in small text:

Support for 802.11ac features is subject to country-specific legal requirements; 80 MHz channels and beamforming technology are not available in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kuwait, Belarus, Morocco, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Egypt.

It is clear that the device has a technical capability. And after the question "WTF?!" followed by a reasonable desire to bring back the 802.11ac and beamforming technology they paid for.
Has anyone been able to get around this limitation?

The problem is old and I did not come across a solution. When flashing or updating, the router does not change the list of available countries. The most efficient option is to sell Rostest and buy an American. In addition to beamforming, routers broadcasting the "wrong" countries have worse problems - for poppies, because of them, 5GHz or n-band can be off. And working at 50 megabits is a little sadder than looking for an extra half gigabit, which the router is not giving you right now.

When you update the firmware, it determines itself on the world map on its own. Can any of the reading owners of such a gun from the USA confirm the work?
