How to remove the prompt in the console?

Hello.
How can I hide the prompt in the console completely? Is it possible to leave a completely bare terminal (for example, rxvt), with logging output? That is, for example, I want to run tail with a script, so that an extra line does not constantly fall out along with the logs.
Thank you.

@yagtec

google -> bash prompt
if fast, then export PS1=''in bashrc/profile for persistence or PS1=''for the current session.
