Why do windows not want to take a normal position in XFCE?

I press the button to expand the window to full screen (Well, the button between close the window and minimize), it becomes the same width and height as the screen, but goes to the lower left corner.
You have to drag it with your hands, which is inconvenient and infuriating.

It seems that a place is being reserved for the panel ...
I would look (check) the panel settings and workplace settings.
