А если никакой не знаешь, то и спрашивать бессмысленно. Все равно не осилишь даже дебьян какой-нибудь простецкий.

Если бесплатно и сердито то имхо FreeBSD. Если вы это спрашиваете думаю для вам ubuntu для начала будет в самый раз. Там сообщество по больше. Инфу легче найти на большинство вопросов.
А если не хотите разбираться, то пригласите спеца. Он все настроит как должно. Вам останется только следить за логами и вовремя бэкапить шлюз.)))))
