Turn off the PC -> Turn on (when loading the windows icon, turn off the button) -> Turn on (because the PC was turned off forcibly, there will be a choice of booting with recovery or a normal win boot; select in recovery) -> We wait a couple of minutes, a window appears (restore / cancel), click cancel -> Still waiting for a couple of minutes, the second window appears (click "Details" in it, scroll down and open the second link) -> Notepad will appear, click "Open" there -> go to my PC, drive in win, folder windows, system32 and look for the sethc file in it, which we call !123sethc, look for the cmd file and call it sethc, close everything. Booting the PC on a new one, the password is still in place. Press shift 5 times to open a command prompt. We write net user in it, we look at active users. Further, for example, net user Admin * (admin username, * unknown password). Asks for a password (just press enter), asks for confirmation (just press enter). Everything is ready. We rejoice))
