How to remove the old link in the new link line?

Hello, I made a redirect from old links to new ones, but when you click on the old link in the browser line, it displays a new link + the old one:
site.ru/catalog/planter/standard.html?page=katalog/59-planter-standard.html
at the end new link prescribes the old one:
?page=katalog/59-planter-standard.html
Redirect via .htaccess
RedirectPermanent /katalog/59-planter-standard.html site.ru/catalog/planter/standard.html
Is this normal?
