How to remove interference from VGA cable?

Hello.
Now the monitor is connected via a VGA-VGA cable and to the video card via a DVI input via an adapter.
I bought a VGA-DVI cable - the image is doubled. As I understood the cable of Deshman production.
I tried to wrap in 2 layers of food foil (for the sake of interest) - it did not help.
Will the purchase of a ferrite filter on the cable help, who knows?

Try lowering the resolution to 1024x768 (the calculated maximum resolution for VGA), if it also doubles, then the problem is in the cable. In general, the main problem is VGA.
Deshmansky cable, Deshmansky monitor (without DVI).
