How to remove the import restriction for Drupal products?

Can you please tell me how to remove the restriction on the import of goods in CMS Drupal?
When importing more than 1000 products, an error appears:

I tried to segment via Batched export, by 100 and 500 - as a result, it also gives an error:

Please tell me how to solve this problem?

almost certainly it's a lack of memory or other limitations on the server
