Can caching and multicurrency exist at the same time?

I ran into a problem with implementing caching on a Drupal Commerce site with a multi-currency module.
I want to clarify how things are in this situation on other CMS stores!? Does anyone have successful experience implementing caching for anonymous visitors and multicurrency?
