So, I manage a forum of Russian-speaking goat breeders and their consumers: forum.kozovod.com. For more than a year, we tried everything that was possible without any special financial influence: contests, promotions, offline meetings, inviting partners, probing different topics, compiling a summary of the experience of our members of the forum in the so-called knowledge base, humor, recipes, sweets, reports, a lot pictures and photographs, etc. etc.
Although I understand that the area is very narrow, I still think that 150 members of the forum and 14,000 readers a month is very little. I understand that many related topics can be connected to the main topic, you can attract not only goat breeders, but also all dairy workers, mothers, allergy sufferers, etc. - because All of this touches and intersects. But something is missing. Growth rates are unsatisfactorily low, we want 10 times faster and more. At the same time, there is a backbone of a team of 5 people with great enthusiasm, there is technical knowledge and even finances, but it is not clear what to do to popularize the resource.
