Squeeze the clips on the back of the pliers to pull them out.

Remove two latches (white, at the corners of the radiator). They must be squeezed from the back and pushed into the holes. If the radiator does not come off after this, try gently moving or turning it. But do not pull perpendicular to the board! - so you can tear off along with the microcircuit.
