There are not so many differences between them .
The gigabyte has a higher maximum memory frequency, but fewer SATA, USB ports, and no Crossfire. I'd take a gigabyte, because high memory frequency is buzzing, four SATA connectors are enough (you don't have 6 hard drives, right?), and Crossfire is needed for those with two AMD video cards.
