How to remove the announcement or details in Bitrix?

Let's say I have a banner infoblock, it has no parameters other than "link" and "Picture", and it doesn't need Detailed or announcement.
Of the components created in Bitrix, it is not clear how the creators removed the announcement from the video in detail.
