Hello, tell me how to remove the restrictions for the text? The picture shows that the text itself is not fully displayed in any way, how to fix this, expand the displayed one?

Before downloading templates from the Internet, make sure that you have enough skills to edit them...
You have a composition with text in the main composition. Go to the composition with the text (as on the second screen) and change the width of this composition in the settings above so that all the text fits. Top in the tab "composition" -> "composition settings".
In simple terms:
You have a 50x50cm box in a 1x1 meter box. In this 50x50 box you are trying to cram another, third 60x60 box. It is logical that the second box is smaller than the third, and therefore does not climb.
