Log in under the Zimbra user and
enter the following commands:

zmprov mc default zimbraFeatureCalendarEnabled FALSE
zmprov mc default  zimbraFeatureTasksEnabled FALSE
zmprov mc default  zimbraFeatureBriefcasesEnabled FALSE
