How to remove stains from a laptop?

Greetings. There was a stain, it is not known from what. Tried to scrub it with water, alcohol.

Maybe there are some special tools? I don’t want to rub something very chemically, it can erase the paint and it will become even worse.

You can safely try gasoline-galoshes - I have never seen paint that dissolves upon short-term contact with gasoline. With a little more caution, you can try white spirit. Much more aggressive 646th solvent, dissolves some paints well. But the champion is acetone, it can remove not only paint, but also a layer of plastic.
But in the photo it looks more like abrasion (mechanical damage to the surface) than a stain. And rubbing cannot be removed by such methods. Sometimes polishing can make wear less noticeable. But not a fact. You can choose a marker for scratches by color, but it’s also not a fact that it will get better. Any way at your own risk. I would just leave it as is.

Sanitizer help, I'm fine. or just dampen a microfiber cloth and wipe.

if it is not erased with soapy water and alcohol - hammer it. Well, maybe try some vat-spirit.
everything else can easily spoil the paint even more, and even the plastic itself.

The first option is to try either to wait a while, for example, from a couple of weeks to a month. Such obscure spots on electronics can soften over time.
The second is oil. Start with sunflower. Lightly saturate a cotton pad or tissue with it and place it on the stain. Leave on for 10-20-30 minutes overnight. The place in this regard is "successful" - the oil will not leak anywhere.
As a result, blot the remaining oil first with a dry cloth or toilet paper, then with the same alcohol or a damp cloth.
