How to remove sprite artifacts in IE10?

Actually the question is in the title.
Screenshot with problem areas (left) and used sprite (right):

Chrome, Firefox, Opera are fine, only IE10 is buggy as always.

I assume that these are "noises" from translucent images, process PNG images using the PNGOUT utility
