How to remove sound distortion in adobe premiere pro 2020?

I recorded a voice on a microphone, recording in excellent quality that in Audition, where I always recorded that in sourse directly in Adobe Premiere. It is worth transferring the track to the timeline, as it jackals to horror, in general, I don’t know why and where it came from and I would like to fix it.
