Automatic sound control?
I have an audio track, on average it is in a normal state after recording (in terms of sound level), but in some places (usually emotional ones) there is a few dB excess. You have to manually mute. It's not a problem when you do it rarely and just a little bit. But sometimes you need to process several tens of minutes and regularly. Are there any options for automatic muting, for example, when exceeded by 3 dB?
Ready to use any program, but priority is Sony Vegas or Reaper.

If the level on the waveform rested on 0db, mute it, do not mute it, the record is already defective.
