Why is my sound card cracking?
In general, I got a sound card of an unknown modification for PCI. The guy who sold it to me checked it on his system unit - the sound worked fine.
I came home, put the sound system in the system unit (quite new), installed the drivers from the driver pack, stuck speakers into it, and it was as if they started drilling in my speakers with a drill.
With built-in sound, everything worked as before, if you switch it as the default device. The music does not play at all on the sound system, it just crackles and drills like a drill ...
What could be the reason?

Check the sampling rate in the settings of the card and the settings of the program that plays the sound, it should match, if it does not match, there are cods, the second option is a small buffer size - if there is such an option in the card settings, I advise you to play around with it.
