How to remove solder from flat nickels?
Hello. Tell me how to unstick the legs? Brought in the form of flat nickels. Not strong in soldering. I tried with a braid and a soldering iron for 230g + raxant flux gel for bga and smd. Doesn't take anything off. The sting is quite thin (Lukey 852d)

These are such square nickels, square because they connect several legs in parallel, apparently this is some kind of powerful power management chip, do not torture them, but rather give them to someone who knows how, do not break them.
At least raise the temperature to 300, take a thicker sting. You just didn't warm up the solder.
Or a better way: take the LTI-120 flux, dip the braid in it, you can even without the braid, generously lubricate the tinning place with it, the temperature of the soldering iron is 270-300 degrees and it should be in the hat
The solder is well removed with a mini spatula made of high-temperature silicone sealant - it is like dense rubber, when moving along the path with solder right behind the soldering iron tip, it does not smoke, does not melt, the solder removes cleanly, in one pass, the path does not break.
I used an inexpensive Zollex Red 350°C Gasket Maker, the minimum tube contains 25g of sealant.
A drop of sealant with a margin is applied, for example, to the tip of a toothpick or a sliver, dries for a day, then cut off so as to form a wedge (the toothpick tree should not protrude).
This application was posted by an Italian on Youtube (I did not find a video), he used Motorsil D sealant, which we do not sell. From the same sealant, he cast the legs under small cases, pouring the sealant into the mold and drowning the bolt head in it.
