How to remove snmp from hp smart array p800 controller under windows 2012?

Given:
Windows server 2012R2 on HP proliant DL380 G5 hardware
RAID controller hp smart array p800
Remote monitoring server based on Zabbix
Required: Connect to zabbix to monitor the status of disks in
RAID ) is not supported by Windows 2012-based system.
What to do? Maybe there are other options?
