How to remove screen blackout on Ubuntu 16.04 Server on ViritualBox?

I installed Ubuntu 16.04 on VirtualBox, the current version for today, and there was one problem. If you do not use the console for a long time, a black screen is displayed in virtual box and if you press something, the console lights up again and everything is fine. And if you don’t touch it for a very long time, probably for a day somewhere, then even pressing it doesn’t help anymore. However, the server is operating normally, and everything works fine via ssh or sftp, but it is no longer possible to work through virtual box, only restarting the server helps.
Has anyone encountered this problem, or does anyone know how to solve it?

Here the problem is not in VirtualBox, but in server Linux's. At one time he worked on both Debian and Ubuntu. They all have this problem. Only now, I did not put it on a virtual machine, but on bare metal.
This is in order to have less energy done. Humble yourself. It was, is and will be.
