How to remove noise on the monitor when connected to a MacBook Air?

Given:
Mid 2013 MacBook Air 13"
Dell S2340L monitor
Belkin HDMI cable and
HDMI to Mini Displayport Hama adapter
Monitor works fine with TV box, but is noisy with laptop at 1080p (video - www.youtube.com/watch?v = JrmiimkKn8s ) If you put 720p on the monitor, then everything shows fine, but sadness at 1080.

There was a similar problem, it was the Displayport to HDMI adapter.
