How to remove newline in url?

If you write in the URL, anywhere, %0A (line feed), the specified page opens without any problems. In theory, it should knock out 404.
How to fix this?
Is this a problem at the cms (DLE) level, or the server?

Most likely it is enabled in the admin Process invalid CNC URLs: although why disable this I can not understand the engine fixes your cant
