Good afternoon, I encountered such a problem, dle does not see the updated style.css file, i.e. I change the styles in the file, but they are not displayed on the site and the old ones (already deleted) work, Google did not give an answer.
It seems that some kind of caching is working.
I cleared the cache of the site, the browser, it did not help. I assigned permissions to folders and files 777 - it did not help.
