How to remove Mail.ru viruses?

Good afternoon,
I heard a lot about this not a good company, but I didn’t come across it myself, because. When installing programs, I always look very carefully at all the checkboxes.
But then another person took advantage of the computer and advertising flooded everything that was possible.
Installed a bunch of unnecessary programs. It was impossible to change the start pages of browsers with mailrush, new tabs with any r. I couldn’t even make up normally, because. links appear in plain text from nowhere.
I got into the search engines. Closed all virus processes of this bad company, started removing viruses through the control panel. Mail ru Updater, satellite and similar removed without problems. Zaxar browser, tablacusApp and hdcontroller are stuck. Tried to uninstall with Spyhunter - it finds it but says it can't uninstall. With the help of CCleaner I cleaned it, it seems to delete files, the registry with autorun corrects, but it also cannot be deleted in any way.
I have already deleted manually the folders in C:\users\myname\AppData\Local
As a result, the computer began to boot faster. But advertising again seeps into the content, it is impossible to view sites. Tabs with viral ads also open when they want.
Is there a way to permanently remove this? Or there are only two options left:
1. Reinstall Windows, password for the administrator and make the user goof, without the rights to install anything?
2. Install Linux and live in peace?)
Is such content of this hellish giant considered legal? This is pure virus.
Thank you.
ps
Mailrush bosses - burn in hell.
Mailrush programmers - aren't you ashamed to do such a hat? Go to other Orthodox companies and live with a clear conscience.

As a rule, it should be deleted - uninstall all browsers, demolish application folders, remove unnecessary items from the Run sections in the registry, you can demolish the user profile, although it's hard to say for sure, there are different cases.
Sometimes it's more profitable to reinstall Windows, but in general it's worth using the standard Windows mechanisms - recovery and backup.

But then another person took advantage of the computer and advertising flooded everything that was possible.
For these purposes, there are rollback points - control panel - system - system protection.
If you did not turn them off - just roll back to that moment before the person used this computer and everything, all system files will be restored, the user's documents will not be affected.
Although some users turn them off for some reason ...

Quite. You yourself installed them, all with your consent and approval :) Well, these are not viruses, but simply malicious software.

There is a saying - money does not smell.

I do not really like this service, those who have come across it will understand. I propose not to use mail.ru (in the form of the main mailbox) and their all sorts of additional "services". There are services from other companies: Google, Microsoft, etc.
