What to do if the browser opens ads?

Recently I downloaded a crack for the game, and it turned out to be an infection with a virus, more precisely with a program that uninstalled everything itself and barely installed something in the computer. I deleted a bunch of programs like Kameta and its bar, and then I noticed that once an hour Chrome opens some site by itself. I checked everything with the Doctor Web utility, he found something, deleted it, but ads are still opening, what should I do?

1. Reinstall Windows
2. In addition to the administrator account, make a regular account without administrator rights
3. Use the computer only from this account, prohibiting any actions by suspicious programs
4. And it's time to buy games in the incentive.

@Chronosms

Button "Win" -> set "msconfig" -> ENTER
Click on "Diagnostic Startup"
Go to the "Services" tab
Everything related to Microsoft check the boxes.
We restart the computer.
If the ad is still there, directly delete the chrome folder and all associations in the appdata folder. That's the whole method.

This will help
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
If manually, then the chrome extensions are suspicious.
