How to remove long initialization of JS/TS language components when starting VSCode?

Good afternoon, tell me please!
For example, when starting VSCode, a working project with js files is opened, and while this initialization is in progress, other extensions do not work when working with a js file. Have to wait.

Tried disabling all extensions, reinstalling vscode, didn't help.
How to be, what to do?
