How to remove large spaces in word?

How to make normal spaces in word, if you change all spaces to short ones via ctrl + shift + space, then incorrect word wrapping appears.

What else is a Word to do? The font is very large, justified. And so it turns out.
Three solutions.
1. Smaller font (or padding)
2. Left alignment.
3. Auto-hyphenation (or manually via ctrl+"-")
