Browsers add their start page and sense ad units on all sites. Antiviruses do not find anything, I also looked in the Mozilla config, removed the start page there. Did not help.

win+r -> regedit -> ctrl+f istartsurf -> change values to empty. -> F3 and so on.
Or check the browser shortcuts, there will be "chrome.exe http://istatutraf... "
