How to remove ISPManager 5 Lite from the server as painlessly as possible?

Hello! Such a question: how can I remove ISPManager 5 Lite from a virtual server as painlessly as possible (while maintaining the performance of sites)?
I wrote to the technical support of my provider, the answer is this:

Hello!
Alas, it is not possible to do so without losing the functionality of the sites. ISPmanager will pull all the packages installed through it. Of course, files, databases and DNS records will be preserved, but services will not work. You can try to manually remove packages without dependencies, but we cannot give you guarantees for the correct operation of your sites after these actions.
The easiest option for you in this case is to make backup copies of the site files and database on a third-party resource and reinstall the server OS.

Then don't delete it. Remove the service from startup. Nginx, httpd and bind will work. It is still better to transfer DNS records to external NS servers so that you can edit after isp is stopped. It is also better to reconfigure mail to Yandex, for example.
