How to install ispmanager through a router?

eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr d4:3d:7e:2b:89:0b
          inet addr:192.168.1.12  Bcast:192.168.1.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
          inet6 addr: fe80::d63d:7eff:fe2b:890b/64 Scope:Link
          UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:50854 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:26956 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:67486444 (64.3 MiB)  TX bytes:6622024 (6.3 MiB)
          Interrupt:42 Base address:0xc000

eth0:0    Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr d4:3d:7e:2b:89:0b
          inet addr:xx.xx.17.139  Bcast:xx.xx.17.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
          UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          Interrupt:42 Base address:0xc000

Alias set up, but writes "Unfortunately, ISPmanager failed to automatically activate the license."
lic.ispsystem.com/ispmgr.lic?ip=xx.xx.17.139 shows the license.

I could be wrong. But in my opinion, ISPmanager needs an honest IP address. Local won't work.

Try putting the license file in /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.lic.
Previously worked. Now, I don't know.
