How to add a subdomain to your DNS from another server?

There are three servers

1 - DNSManager added domain name test.ru on it - type master

  • test.ru. - A - 11.22.33
  • ns1.test.ru. - A - ip 11.22.33
  • ns2.test.ru. - A - ip 22.33.44
  • test.ru. - NS - ns1.test.ru.
  • test.ru. - NS - ns2.test.ru.

2 - ISPManager ip - 11.22.33 slave server 1 - DNSManager .
When adding a new domain (site, each subdomain has its own root folder) a.test.ru, an A record for the test.ru domain is created on DNSManager

3 - ISPManager ip - 33.44.55 slave server 1 - DNSManager.
When adding a new domain (website, each subdomain has its own root folder) a.test.ru, a new domain name a.test.ru is created on the DNSManager
And you need to create an A record for the test.ru domain, as happens on server 2

How can I make it so that when adding WWW-domains a.test.ru to the third server, create a subdomain in DNSManager (A record for test.ru), and not a separate domain name?
