How to update PHP settings in ISPManager?

The ISPManager 5 panel is installed on the server. PHP works in FastCGI mode:

Changed the settings for mbstring.internal_encoding in the PHP tab:

But the debug panel shows that the changed settings are not applied:

If the site had PHP as an Apache module, then I understand After rebooting Apache everything would fall into place. How to tighten settings for FastCGI mode?
PS: It is not advisable to restart the server.

in ISPManager 5 there is a special section about PHP, in which you can set the settings for each version
