How to remove invasion from win7.1 mouse after update

Who, after the update, had an intervention in the mouse, how did you solve the issue?
In general, I left the computer for the night, downloaded the series, got up in the morning and the mouse behaves in the place of the usual one.
You move it to the left, and it to the right and vice versa. Up is fine as well as down. What is the problem ? The wheel is fine too.
Rummaged in the registry, nothing changed. Is the mouse dead or the wood has moved out? In the registry, only about the intervention, I dug 0, changed it to 1, not any effect.

In short, the problem itself was solved as it arose.
Woke up was .. walked she was gone ^^
