How to remove HSTS from chrome browser?

It all started with turning on the HSTS function on Synology, which forcefully switches to secure connections. By testing, when you go to the site via http, it immediately switches to https. Actually the site itself works. But the admin panel of the router stopped working, "SSL connection error" crashes. Error code: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR ". And, for some reason, it does not connect to the mail server on the same Synology, referring to an error in SSL. I removed the unfortunate checkmark, but the situation has not changed, that's all still transfers to https, and due to an error, the connection is terminated.I read that some time should pass and stop redirecting.I waited for three days, removed the server from the network, still can’t go to the router, redirects. How to restore functionality? In IE works fine, no redirect.

1. Try to clear the Cookies for this host to which you connect chrome://settings/cookies
2. Remove this extension, if not removed by the browser, then manually in the chrome applications folder:
"c:\Documents and Settings\.. .username.....\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\....Extension ID...".
You will first find out the name of the application folder in chrome://extensions/ (
the Developer Mode must be enabled to display the application IDs).

The problem has not yet been resolved. I install pure chrome, everything works, it goes to my addresses from the local network via http. As soon as I log into my Google account, synchronization occurs, and that's it - again automatically translates to https at any address, even in incognito mode. Cleaned cookies, cleaned everything. Nothing helps. What are some ideas? How to turn off this fucking HSTS in chrome?

Maybe someone will help. I solved this problem by deleting the site from the chrome settings (Delete domain security policies)
chrome://net-internals/#hsts
