Chrome does not update fonts during layout?

As I change the font in css, I run to update the browser, the font does not change. Through ctrl f5 too. Caching on the page is disabled. Only closing and reopening the browser or tabs helps

Maybe the fonts are connected to you through localStorage?
Try to open the inspector, and in the Console tab enter the following
localStorage.clear()
after refresh the tab
