What program (s) exists (-yut) for a total check and cleaning of the system from viruses and other suspicious?

You need a program (or several) to fully scan the system to find viruses even in the bins (if possible).
There is a suspicion that viruses have penetrated the system, but I don’t want to demolish licensed Windows, I would like to clean it up - if this is real, then with what software can this be done?
What can you recommend ? Many thanks for the answer.
I mean various utilities besides antiviruses.
