How to remove gray text from a document using any software that can do this?

I select a piece of text in Word 2016 , click -> Select -> Select text that has the same format .
With this method, the blue text I need is also captured. Is there a way to remove only the gray text without affecting the blue text? I want to learn how to copy text from the otvet.mail.ru service, then separate all unnecessary information -> then put the separated text into a voice converter. So that the converter does not read extra information to me, it must be deleted before information is placed into it.
