You can suggest editors, it is desirable that it be simple, it had documentation in Russian, various code could be inserted into the text (for example, contextual advertising, YouTube videos, an affiliate program from ozone) and it was convenient for users.

Most editors have a dedicated "Paste from Word" button. It clears the inserted text from the Word "garbage". ckeditor definitely has it.
