CleanMyMac 3 is the best program for cleaning not only junk, but also removing programs or leftovers from already "deleted"
Software tails must be removed manually without relying on third-party utilities (these may not always remove tails correctly).
There is a program installed from pkg, the best option would be UninstallPKG
You most likely left the device driver, remove it with handles, most likely lies in l / e / (DO NOT NEED TO DELETE EVERYTHING FROM THERE!)
