How to remove FTP conflict between Netgear STORA and MikroTik RB951G-2HnD?

Hello! I really hope for the help of specialists! There is the following problem. A MikroTik RB951G-2HnD router is installed at home and through it I get Internet access. There is also an old NAS Netgear STORA, which is connected by a twisted pair cable to one of the ports of the router. Everything works great except for one thing, which is FTP access to files on STORA over the Internet. According to the manual from Netgear, all ports (443, 21, 22, 80) are forwarded, remote access from the Internet to the storage is working. Inside the local network, FTP access works and I can easily get to the storage files. I have a static IP with the provider before, when there was a router from TP-Link, entering the address ftp://external_ip:port or ftp://device_name.mystora.com:port,I got to the FTP storage. Now I get to FTP Mikrotik. How to fix it? What settings specifically need to be done on the router? Thanks in advance!
