How to upload to ftp only those files that have changed?

Actually, I have 100500 project files on the local, I can change 5-20 files and I need to upload it to the host often.
I could edit directly on the host, but versioning in the git is lost. The host is normal, not even SSH.
Actually, there is some kind of option so as not to upload all 100,500 files every time and not to remember which ones you correct in order to upload?
Well, if there are still files that are in the same folder, but if they have 10 different paths, then horror in general ...

Try WinSCP .
But I prefer total commander and built-in archiver. Ctrl+B - sort by date - select - into the archive (taking into account the paths) - enter the archive as a folder - F5 to the same host root via ftp.
