I can't connect to the server via FTP, what's the problem?

When connecting to the server, FileZilla gives a message: "Insecure server, does not support FTP over TLS.
If you continue, your passwords and files will be transferred openly."
If you click OK, it gives an error: "Error: Disconnected from the server: ECONNABORTED - Connection aborted
Error: Failed to get directory listing"
If you connect to the Internet through another Internet provider (I used the phone as a router), then everything works fine.

I think the point is that

Insecure server, does not support FTP over TLS

Look for where to turn off mandatory TLS, I had everything ok on regular http

Either filezilla is configured to require FTPS, or the server. Here to look for where it is turned off and nothing more.
