The site is under the Yandex filter, and I am taking a set of measures to solve this problem.
One of the points is the removal of bad external links that lead to the site. Through Yandex, Webmaster discovered that a certain number of links from sites that themselves could have been sanctioned, for example: yagida.blogspot.ru , buro500.blogspot.ru , and many other unnecessary sites, indeed lead to the site.
The task is to remove links to your site from these unreliable sites.
