How to remove chronic glitches on Mac OS?

Good evening.
I have a small problem, which I don’t know how to solve, and therefore I turn to the collective mind.
In general, I have been using Mac OS for about five or six years. Naturally, at first it was a hackintosh, then a macbook, then another mbp, and so on. And all this time I had the same axis, the same profile and the same libraries with which I wandered from machine to machine and from hard drive to hard drive. Naturally, over all these years, I completely customized everything for myself and it’s terribly convenient for me to work with these settings and with this profile, but all these customizations were not in vain. Apparently something, once and somewhere, picked up the wrong one and glitches appeared. For example, when you click on the calculator in widgets, the numbers are pressed twice, all widgets are not added or removed from the screen, the crosses that you need to click on simply do not work. When clicking from a note window, for example on a browser, this browser focuses only from the second, third click, constant glitches with finder. When connected to the Internet, Illustrator constantly crashes. In general, I probably don’t remember everything now, but such, seemingly, at first glance, small garbage is full and it’s terribly annoying. And at first I sinned on the SSD, I thought that he ordered to live and crash, but recently I changed the car, inserted my screws into the new one and until I connected my profile with libraries, everything worked fine. So today, too, I broke the SSD into two sections and on a clean one, on a clean one, rolled a new axis from Apple. And again, everything worked fine, until the moment when I picked up my profile with libraries. All the same glitches started again. Where to dig? What to remove from the axis with the least loss to get rid of all these glitches? I really would not want to demolish all the settings and get rid of the hated glitches.
