How to remove caption under views filter in Drupal 7?

How to remove the inscription "Leave blank for all. Otherwise, the first selected term will be the default instead of "Any."" under filters? And then this infection spoils the whole view. Thanks in advance for the tips.

In short, I found the solution myself. Rough, but still, maybe someone will come in handy.
We go to yoursite.ru/modules/system open system.theme.css and
on line 81 we find the class form-item .description
add to it: display:none; and save. All, "Leave blank for all. Otherwise, the first selected term will be the default instead of "Any."" successfully disappeared and does not spoil filters in views in drupal.
